1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the product has not yet been shipped or produced.
  • After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

2. Returns (If Applicable)

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Important Notes

  • Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
