1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the product has not yet been shipped or produced.
- After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
2. Returns (If Applicable)
- Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

3. Important Notes
- Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
